Hi all, I only think about volume when I have just made some comfort food, like rice and beans, and I want to eat more of it.... But yes, I generally fill up with a lot of veggies and other nutrient rich low calorie foods. I have been working on losing weight since the summer and every now and then, probably due to hormones, I want to eat a big bowl of something warm, or cereal, I like to eat a big bowl of healthful, low sugar cereal.
