Hi, Physical fitness is something everyone should strive for. Fitness is important not only for medical reasons, but also for mental health reasons and for overall quality of life. Although these advantages far outweigh the after readig this can we do workout or not.. Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
