Having an adequate protein intake is CRITICAL for gaining muscle mass! So eat eat veggies that are packed with protein and stuff like red beans and lentils. Red meat is also a great source of protein its usually recommended to be eaten twice a week. You can also make an egg protein shake by cracking eggs into your milk and blending it really well. Also, according to my personal experience, I wouldnt recommend eating carbs. Proteins are the way to go because carbs rarely help in building muscle. So stay away from eating bread and pasta. Eat stuff like spinach, broccoli and kale. Supplements also help considerably with gaining muscle. I take amino acid supplements. Let me know if you have something else to ask.

I see, my brother also told me to focus on getting the right amount of protein. Also, amino acid sounds interesting. I think I would definitely like to try it. Can you tell me where to get affordable supplements in Europe? Something I can get delivered specifically because of COVID.
